Apple Brie Crostini

  • 12 crostini
  • 3 ounces brie cheese (I used slicing brie)
  • 1 medium apple (I used Pink Lady)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • fresh thyme, for garnish

  1. Arrange crostini on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Cut brie cheese into ¼ inch thick slices and place on top of crostini.
  3. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Top with thinly sliced apple, a drizzle of honey, ground pepper, and fresh thyme.
  5. Serve immediately.
